夏天,就想吃酸酸甜甜口味的甜點,
吃完晚餐後,
孩子們說想吃杯子蛋糕,
來吧,說做就做吧~~ ^_^
家裡的冰箱剛好都有材料,
我們一邊做一邊玩,
上床睡覺前,還能吃一個杯子蛋糕滿足一下呢~
【甜點】檸檬瑪芬(杯子蛋糕)
★材料:無鹽奶油60g、細砂糖70g (註1)、雞蛋1個、牛奶60cc、檸檬汁10cc、低筋麵粉100g 、無鋁泡打粉1小匙、鹽1小撮、、檸檬皮1個

註1:若喜歡甜一點,可以增加到80g,個人口味不同,再自行做調整哦~ ^_^
★作法:
1.開烤箱預熱180度,
2.把奶油微波溶化,加入細砂糖攪拌均勻,
3.再加入打勻的雞蛋,攪拌均勻。
4.加入牛奶,攪拌均勻
5.加入檸檬汁10cc,攪拌均勻
6.加入低筋麵粉及無鋁泡打粉,此時用二根筷子拌一拌即可,有一點麵粉粒也沒有關係。

7.最後加入檸檬皮,拌一拌。

8.裝入瑪芬杯,只要裝7分滿即可。(直徑6*4.5cm*3.5cm,可裝8~9個)

9.放進預熱好的烤箱,180度*20分鐘(用竹籤剌進去,沒有沾麵糊即已熟)。
