開學了,今天是第二天,
孩子開始正常作息,上學去,
我也開始正常作息,天天做點心~哈~
昨天做了6吋的輕乳酪蛋糕,
今天做了酥脆的燕麥餅乾,
其實平常是很少做餅乾的,
因為不喜歡太甜太膩太油的餅乾,
若有做餅乾,一定要吃起來很有口感,
所以就把對身體很健康的燕麥放進餅乾裡,這樣至少在吃的時候,不會太有罪惡感……哈哈哈~
其實也是想要讓孩子多吃點燕麥啦~~ ^_^
【餅乾】燕麥餅乾~好酥好脆呀~~
◆材料(份量34~36片):
奶油150g、砂糖150g、雞蛋1個、燕麥片100g、
中筋麵粉200g、泡打粉1/2茶匙、蘇打粉1/4茶匙、鹽少許

◆準備工作:
1.奶油回溫到可以按壓下去的程度
2.燕麥片倒入烤盤,放進預熱170度的烤箱,烤7分鐘,放涼備用。
◆作法: 1.回溫的奶油加砂糖,用電動打蛋器打發,約打2~3分鐘

2.打散的雞蛋,分三次加入,每加一次就要打勻,再加下一次。
3.把過篩的麵粉、泡打粉、蘇打粉、鹽加入,也是分三次,用翻上、按壓的方式,混勻。
4.加入燕麥,也是用翻上、按壓的方式,混勻。

5.烤箱預熱170度。
6.把麵糰搓成小球,排在烤盤上,再用手掌壓扁。薄薄的。

7.放進已經預熱好的烤箱,170度*10分鐘,調頭再烤3~5分鐘。一共13~15分鐘。
(每家烤箱溫度不太一樣,再自行留意時間,不要烤焦)

8.拿出來,放在網架上,放涼,也可以吹風扇吹涼。
